Please upload the largest file size you have available in a Jpeg format.

1mb - 2mb - up to 60 x 40 cm
3mb - 5mb - up to 100 x 70 cm
6mb - 10mb - up to 100 x 150 cm
11mb+ - 100 x 200 cm

We will email you if there are any quality issues for the size of picture requested.

Please note that the above size guide is for reference only - we have previously enlarged small camera phone image files and although not technically perfect we have had some great feedback. Learn more about previous customer reviews.

Prints and Transparencies

We can high resolution scan your prints, transparencies and original artwork and repair and retouch if required. An electronic proof will be sent to you via email. Download our PDF order form here.

Image Editing

We recommend that you use photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop or Apple's Aperture to make any image adjustments you feel necessary, before uploading.

We offer the ability to crop images to our frame sizes, sharpen images, rotate images, turn images to black and white or to sepia.

If you require image editing beyond your current technical ability, then, we are happy to edit your image for you. Simply email your image to us at sales@bigartcanvas.com with your requirements. We will email back a low resolution version of your edited

Delivery turnaround times

We print most photographic work 'on demand' and our turnaround times allow for production time combined with packaging and delivery time. Please allow 7-10 days for UK Mainland deliveries; we will endeavour to dispatch your picture as soon as possible and will send you an email confirming dispatch

If you must have your image before a certain date, then it may be possible to produce and deliver your picture sooner than the standard 7-10 days for a nominal express fee.
