Acknowledgements
In submitting an order for customised canvases the customer confirms that
they own the intellectual property rights to the respective photograph/artwork
or have obtained the relevant written permission. We reserve the right to
refuse to print or manufacture any image that may cause offence. There will
be an element of image manipulation determined by our designers to achieve
the best results based on the Big Art Canvas Ltd experience. All final prints
are determined by the quality of the original. the Big Art Canvas Ltd
endeavour to produce the best quality print from your artwork and cannot be
held liable for any blemishes from the original image.
Your image(s)
Images supplied larger than A4 format [297 x 210mm] will incur additional
charges We accept photographic negatives, transparencies, original photo
prints and digital images [saved to CD]. Please call to ensure formatting is
readable. We can accept PC and MAC files. Posted CD's and artwork should be
sent in a bubble pack or hardback envelope with an accompanying hard copy
print of the selected image. You can also send your image via email (as a
guide your file size should be between 3Mb and 10Mb and saved as a .jpg).
All prices include VAT.
Important
All original imagery sent to the Big Art Canvas Ltd will be returned,
however we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
and recommend copies be made prior to delivery. All prices are inclusive of
VAT and are correct at the time of uploading onto our website. The total
cost of your order is the price of your product plus the relvant delivery
charge as stated on our website. All the Big Art Canvas Ltd ranges offered
are correct at the time of going to press but may occasionally change or be
withdrawn for reasons beyond our control.
Delivery
We aim to deliver all canvases within 5 working days from receipt of your order
and payment. Delivery priced separately. Once the Big Art Canvas Ltd artwork
has left the the Big Art Canvas Ltd premises the artwork's condition is the
sole responsibility of the customer. Damage to artwork once delivery has been
made is the responsibility of the customer. If for any reason our canvas
fails to satisfy, please return to us within 3 business days of delivery and
notify us by email, sales@bigartcanvas.com
or telephone Freefone 0800 085 3391. In the event of your canvas being damaged upon
delivery, please advise the carriers and us on Freefone 0800 085 3391.
Please sign any delivery note to the effect that the goods are damaged.
Alternatively please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Vouchers
Big Art Canvas Ltd will not be liable in the event of the voucher(s)
being lost, damaged or stolen. The voucher is invalid if altered or tampered
with. Original vouchers must be returned to the place of purchase before any
exchanges or extensions can be made. All the Big Art Canvas Ltd vouchers
purchased are valid for 12 months from the date of issue but may be extended
subject to terms. Refunds: A full voucher refund is available within 14 days.
After 14 days but before the voucher expiry date.
Privacy policy
Big Art Canvas Ltd utilise the latest in Secure Server Technology to
ensure that all personal and transactional information is protected to the
highest standards. We never make your personal details available to companies
outside the Big Art Canvas Ltd group for marketing purposes, although our
representatives may hold your data so that your details and/or order can be
processed and/or account maintained.
Disclaimers
Whilst every effort is made to colour match to the images displayed on the
Big Art Canvas Ltd web site; due to differences in monitors and operating
systems, there may be colour and lightness variations between the image you
see on your monitor and the actual print. All the rights for the content
featured or displayed on this website (www.bigartcanvas.com)
or other subsequent promotional material are owned by the relevant
photographer or their licensers. Unless explicitly permitted by the Big Art
Canvas Ltd, or relevant copyright owners you may not copy, reproduce, or
otherwise exploit the content or any related rights in anyway. Ownership of
a print does not constitute ownership of copyright. No reproduction rights
are granted or implied. The photographer retains full copyright.
