Returns policy

If you are not satisfied with your picture you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Please only return after careful consideration, as we have custom printed and made frames to exactly your specification and will not usually be able to resell the picture. We do not offer an exchange policy, however will replace or refund as required.

Returns procedure

Returns can be arranged via contacting us by email. Alternatively, contact Sales on +44 (0) 1273 413997 Mon - Fri,10am - 5pm.

  • Your on-line order number
  • Contact telephone number
  • Reason for return
  • Collection address
  • Preferred date for collection
  • If possible send an emailed photo of the damaged or faulty product

Please note that you may be liable for a return transportation charge.

Before returning your picture, please ensure that you use all the packaging that was originally supplied and seal the package securely. We will email you a returns label which should be printed out and adhered securely to the package.

Cancellations

If, within 24 hrs of making your order, you need to cancel your order then a request can be made by email or by calling Sales on +44 (0) 1273 413997 Mon - Fri,10am - 5pm. If your order is in transit for delivery, then please wait for your delivery and then follow the 'Returns procedure' above.

Refund policy

All returns must be received within 14 calendar days of your delivery. All returned items must be carefully packaged and returned in good condition.

Refunds will be processed once we have received the returned order and can take 7-21 days to be charged back to your account.

International customers sending returns will need to pay for their own return carriage, unless the picture is faulty or has been damaged during delivery.

Complaints procedure

If you wish to make a complaint about the service we provide you can email our Customer Service Team or call +44 (0) 1273 413997 Mon - Fri, 10am - 5pm. We will deal with your complaint promptly and in confidence. Your complaint will be investigated and we aim to respond within 48 hours.
